At iNSPIRE Design, we strive to provide the best possible service we can. We put a lot of hours and efforts in to our projects which can not be recovered.

Hence, we can not provide refunds once we start working on the project. But if the project is cancelled, the amount due until we are notified about the cancellation will be calculated based on the number of hours we worked times the hourly rate decided at the the time of signing the contract.

If the amount due was less than the amount already paid upfront by the client, the difference amount will be refunded back to the client. However, if the amount due appears to be more than the upfront amount paid by the client, the client will still be expected to pay the difference amount at the time of cancellation to fairly compensate for the service provided.

Nevertheless, as mentioned before, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients and will be happy to revise the designs until our clients are happy with the product!
